Energy Management > Time Management

Managing your energy is more powerful than managing your schedule. Here’s how to align your day with your natural rhythm.

Dear Friends,

You don’t need more hours. You need more alignment.

Easter was last Sunday, and while I don’t celebrate in a traditionally religious way, I love honoring the themes behind these sacred days—renewal, resurrection, the quiet miracle of beginning again.

At our house, the Easter Bunny still comes, and the egg hunt is very much alive.
But alongside the sugar and giggles, I always feel something deeper stir this time of year:
A subtle invitation to return to what matters.
To rise—gently—from what’s been heavy.
To come back into rhythm with myself.

Most of us are taught to manage our schedules. But what if you managed your energy instead?

The science of ultradian rhythms shows that humans work best in 90–120-minute sprints, followed by short rest periods. Working with these cycles helps improve focus, reduce fatigue, and restore creativity. Instead of forcing your day into productivity blocks, what if you aligned your work, movement, and rest with your natural energy peaks? (Harvard Business Review explains how.)

When we honor our energy rhythms—especially during seasonal transitions—we do less, but better.

👉 This week’s flow (linked below) is the perfect midday reset to help you reconnect to your energy and begin again, from wherever you are.
