Your new Monday morning ritual.

Let's practice.

New year, new you. Don’t we all get sick of hearing that? Screw it. Let’s take the pressure off. Yes, it’s a new year. Does it have to be a new you? No. But the truth is, we are always evolving. Whether you want to call yourself “new” each year is up to you. Either way, we are definitely growing and changing with the passing of time, and life is always happening. What matters is how we flow with it. How we take the things that happen to us and transmute them into the learnings, awakenings, and sacred moments that drive us to be better than they found us.

One thing I have become crystal clear on is my purpose in this life, and it is to help people heal and reclaim their power through the practice of yoga. Yoga is a doorway into the Self. It is an invitation to be who you truly are. To become more self-aware, awake, and conscious to your life. It is so much more than posing on a yoga mat. For many of us, it starts there. And that is wonderful. But it has the power to lead us much further and deeper than we ever thought possible.

Yoga is about connection. Union. Tapping in. Connecting the dots. Being in the flow. Allowing ourselves to feel truly alive, align with our values, and intentionally create the lives we want to live. It’s about being ourselves, unapologetically… figuring out what the most authentic expression of ourselves looks like, living it out, and helping others do the same.

The way I see it, it’s all about our practices. Everything is a practice. Yoga. Meditation. Life. All the things you do to keep yourself healthy, alive, and well… they are all practices. And they require commitment, discipline, and consistency in order to help further you along on your path to greatness.

Going forward, I’ll be sharing a weekly practice with you every Monday designed to inspire and elevate your yoga lifestyle — directly to your inbox. From my latest guided meditations and yoga flows on YouTube to simple practices, methods, ideas, frameworks, and tips — these weekly shares will be an invitation to stay mindful and connected as you move through your week. I’ll also share my upcoming programs, trainings, and ways we can work together.
