Memorial Day weekend has always felt like a doorway to summer opening. A new season is upon us. It’s warm and bright, inviting us into our fullest expression — and simultaneously, a slower pace. What’s slowing down for you in this season of life?

During this time of change, I invite you to stay close to the practices that help you feel grounded and centered. Yoga is obviously a big one for me. I am about to start teaching more with the expansion of our class schedule at The Studio starting June 3rd.

With our new infrared heat panels, we are now able to deliver a consistent temperature of 95-97 degrees for our vinyasa classes, guaranteeing a great sweat in addition to many other health benefits.
